Barn

Adjacent to the village, the barn serves as an event location for community events and private functions. The structure is a unique old frame that was disassembled in upstate New York and rebuilt on site becoming the inspiration behind the name "GrayBarns".

Village

The area known as the parking lot is a 1.6-acre field that now houses four privately owned homes. The homes are designed to fit in with the historic environment of the Silvermine area. The traditional barn frames and beams as well as the wide board old oak floors tie each home to the natural environment. With custom built kitchens and contemporary mechanics, fixtures, and appliances, each home reflects a modern lifestyle.

The Village has an authentic feel of gravel roads, horse fencing and stonewalls as well as field meadow grass and sod around the immediate homes themselves. Outdoor gardens and sitting areas complete each individual residence.

The Village is separated from the new parking area below by fencing and landscaping that insures privacy for the homes above. Please respect Village owners' privacy.

Waterfall

The iconic Silvermine waterfall is a sight to behold. It once powered a functioning mill and continues to be the centerpiece of daily life at GrayBarns.
